Kiosha Forston
Kiosha Forston is a Coding Education Manager with HCA Healthcare and a seasoned leader with over 20 years in the healthcare industry. Known for her strategic vision and commitment to empowering others, she specializes in leadership development, professional coaching, and organizational growth.
A dedicated entrepreneur and community advocate, Kiosha co-leads Noah’s Ark Housing, providing affordable housing for homeless and unhoused adults. She has served on several local and national advisory boards, including the National Advisory Board of AAPC, and is active in organizations such as the Rotary Club of Tallahassee Southside, the NAACP, and the Tallahassee-Leon County Commission on the Status of Women & Girls.
A former Medicaid Fraud Investigator and Medical Coding Program Director, Kiosha holds multiple professional certifications, including RHIA, CPC, CRC, and CHTS-TR. She is a proud two-time graduate of Florida A&M University. Guided by her motto, “Be persistent in being consistent,” she brings unwavering dedication to her work and service through Let’s Take L.E.A.D.
