Keisha Johnson
Keisha McCulloch-Johnson is a Property Management Officer with the USDA Forest Service, overseeing federal employee housing and real property across the Eastern Zone of the United States. A transformational leader, she fosters collaboration, motivates teams, and drives effective asset management.
Keisha holds an MBA from Florida A&M University and has served in key roles including Asset Management Co-Lead, Supervisory Property Management Specialist, Asset Analyst, and Deputy Branch Chief of Procurement for both the USDA Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management. Her career reflects a strong commitment to efficient operations, procurement excellence, and employee development.
Beyond her federal service, Keisha is the founder of Keisha’s Kloset, where she helps clients refresh their style and prepare for life’s special moments. After two decades of building her career in Oregon—managing property across the Pacific Northwest—she has returned to Tallahassee with her 12-year-old son and now leads property management efforts from Texas to Maine.
