Jimmeal is the CEO and Founder of Fresh Wind Counseling Center and Hands-On Success Training (HOST), where she empowers men, women, and youth to grow into the best version of themselves. She also serves as Program Director of The RememberMe Project, supporting underprivileged teens in the foster care system.

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina, Jimmeal integrates social work principles with therapeutic interventions to help individuals overcome challenges, embrace their strengths, and thrive. She is passionate about guiding others in their spiritual, personal, and professional development.

Jimmeal earned her BSW and MSW from Florida State University’s College of Social Work. She is also a motivational speaker, minister, and radio personality for A Moment of Affirmations with Jimmeal Nicole on Hallelujah 95.3 FM. Outside of her purpose-driven work, she enjoys time with family, reading, and relaxing spa days.
